A business service provider, leader in its market, aimed to develop its activities in Poland, due to the country now being part of the European Union and also to the importance of its agricultural sector.


After an initial interview with the company direction, it was clear that development could only be attained through establishing a partnership with a business that was already present in the Polish market. Struktura suggested a multi-stepped approach, consisting of the identification of a list of potential partners that would eventually be narrowed down. So as to limit project costs, a significant part of the project was carried out through a document research and telephone interviews, making the most of struktura’s knowledge of the Polish language and local industries. Two trips to Poland were organised so as to meet with potential partners.


The company was granted a clear overview of the Polish marketplace, and its market potential, and could eventually shortlist two potential partners.
